Rohinga

Rohinga also know as Arakenese are Muslim minorities that lives in Myanmar. They are also spread against western Asia and USA and Canada. While they claim to be citizens of Myanmar, they are of none because Myanmar refuses them as one and strips them of their basic identity. When British colonized Myanmar, India, Pakistan (Hinduistan) and Bangladesh, the laborers were frequently moved for personal benefits that was how they ended up in Myanmar after liberation. A lot of laws and actions have been passed of this race in Myanmar. Right? Wrong. There has been one law passed Union Citizenship Act that refuses them as a citizen. They don’t get their basic rights nor freedom, they are only protected by the international human rights provided from UNHCR. Crackdowns begun in 1970 when the Myanmar military force started attacking this group, torture, rape and murder were a basic everyday news. Later 168,000 fled Myanmar and the brutality wanting countries to accept then, no one did. Eac...

Climate change hypocrites

Cheerful placards with disappointed slogans hang on the streets of Bhaktapur as I take a walk there one evening. The very voice of Greta Thunberg echoes in these alleys which is heavy with criticisms on the government and world leaders for not taking adequate and efficient actions to combat climate change. As I watch happy faces of youth posing for a photo with their cards, I can’t help but ask myself, Do these people know about Macron? Emmanuel Macron is the current Prime Minister of France. France, where it all started with 127 countries signing an agreement stating actions are to be initiated to save our precious planet from boiling up further. After studying the actions taken by countries, not one stands out as the most efficient one. The agreement of this treaty are criticized as being too ambitious. France, the ideal country was not taking adequate actions and its target of carbon neutrality to be reached by 2050 was no-where to be reached. The conclusion was drawn, either a...

Some guy

The burl image strolls towards me. Its loafers whispering soft stories to the cemented floor. The winds bring me his fragrance that smells like my knight prince. My eyes dilate to catch the full image of the fantastic phenomenon before me. I sight heavily to settle the tickling sensation in my cores, suppressing a smile. A Greek God in full armor, the largely built figure walked right across me with pride and confidence shading mine. Butterflies were long gone; it gave me anesthesia. I keep staring as it goes into void trying to picture my stolen heart.
